Inspiration for childless and childfree women

In a world that is often experienced as frenetic and complex, mindfulness is an aspiration for many people – in day-to-day living, in work, in finances, in relationships and friendships, in pastimes and pleasures. For some non-mothers, there is more space and time in which to exercise mindfulness. It can be one of the most beautiful aspects of our lives.
